Most questions about DOT rules can be answered by checking the official websites or contacting ODAPC or the DOT Office of General Counsel (OGC) for official and authoritative interpretations concerning DOT Part 40. For anything not covered by federal regulations, the new MRO Command Center is a great place to connect with other professionals and ask questions.
